The InVita difference

Why InVita.

Three things you can expect, from the first conversation to every review.

  1. 01

    Time to be heard

Unhurried consultations with room for the whole story, and a written plan with follow-up to see how you are doing. You will have time to understand your options before deciding.

  2. 02

    A coordinated approach

Hormones, metabolism, skin and wellbeing are connected. Your care considers the whole picture, so you are not left retelling your story or joining the dots yourself.

  3. 03

    Evidence, not trends

Options are weighed against the evidence and explained in plain language, including when doing less is the right choice. Recommendations draw on broad GP experience and postgraduate training.

Every skin type and tone

Skin care for
everyone.

Dr Farya treats all skin types, at every stage of adult life. She also has particular experience with skin of colour: East Asian, South Asian, Middle Eastern, African, Pacific and mixed-heritage skin can respond differently to inflammation, sun and procedures, so treatment is planned with your skin type in mind from the start.

  • Pigmentation, melasma and dark marks after acne or irritation
  • Procedures chosen and adjusted for your skin type, to limit the risk of pigment change
  • Respect for your features and heritage, with no single beauty ideal

Our name and our tree

The InVita
Tree of Life.

InVita takes its name from the Latin in vita, “in life”. Our emblem, the Tree of Life, describes how we care: what shows on the surface is connected to your story and to the roots beneath.

Your questions

Things you may
be wondering.

Straight answers to the questions people ask most.

Is InVita open for appointments?

Not yet. InVita opens in Point Cook in 2027. Register your interest above and we will send one message when appointments open.

What can I come in for?

Women’s Health, Health & Longevity, Weight Management, Skin & Hair, and Face & Body Aesthetics. That includes women’s health at every stage of adult life, from periods and contraception to pregnancy planning, after birth and menopause; medical skincare for acne, rosacea, pigmentation and melasma; skin checks, excessive sweating, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP and PRF; men’s health, diabetes and prevention; and support with weight. Treatments & services lists everything in one place.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?

No. Start with what you have noticed and what you want to know. Options, risks, alternatives and costs are explained before you decide, and no treatment is always an option.

How should I prepare for a consultation?

Bring a list of your medicines and supplements, any recent results, details of previous care and a short note of what has changed and when. You do not need a diagnosis or a perfectly organised account. The consultation guide explains what to expect.

Why are treatments and prices not listed in detail?

Australian law does not allow prescription medicines to be advertised to the public, including by nicknames or general descriptions, and their prices cannot be advertised either. So this website describes the concerns that can be discussed. In a consultation, every suitable option is explained, including what it involves, its risks, the alternatives and the cost.

How do fees work?

Simply and openly. Consultation and procedure fees will be published before opening, every treatment cost is set out in writing before you decide, and there are no hidden fees and no pressure. Treatments that involve a prescription medicine are quoted individually at your consultation, because Australian law does not allow those prices to be advertised. The consultation guide has the full fee guide.

Is it covered by Medicare or private health insurance?

Cosmetic treatments are not covered by Medicare or private health insurance. Fees, and whether any medical consultations attract a Medicare rebate, will be published here before opening and emailed to everyone who registers.

What does treatment feel like?

It depends on the treatment. Some feel like a brief scratch or sting, and others are uncomfortable for a short time. What to expect, and the ways to make you more comfortable, are explained beforehand.

How often will I need to come back?

It depends on your plan. Some skin procedures are done as a course of sessions, most treatments are followed by a review, and health and weight care includes regular follow-up. Your plan sets out when to come back and why.

Is there an age requirement?

InVita is for adults and young people aged 16 and over. Children are best seen by their usual GP. Cosmetic consultations and procedures are for adults aged 18 and over.

Which languages does Dr Farya speak?

English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi. You are welcome to bring a family member, or to have the whole consultation in the language you prefer.

Can I have appointments by telehealth?

Yes, for many follow-ups. Reviews for weight management, menopause care and results can often be held by video, where that is clinically appropriate. First consultations, examinations, skin checks and procedures are in person.

Not sure which appointment you need?

Try the short Where should I start? guide. It takes a minute, asks nothing personal and suggests the consultation that fits.

Is Dr Farya registered to practise in Australia?

Yes. Dr Farya holds specialist registration in general practice with the Medical Board of Australia. You can check any practitioner’s registration, including any conditions, on the public register at ahpra.gov.au. Her UK qualifications and training are described on her profile.

Where will the practice be, and what will it cost?

InVita will see patients in Point Cook, in Melbourne’s west, close to Williams Landing, Tarneit, Truganina, Werribee, Altona Meadows and Laverton. The address and fees will be published here before appointments open, and emailed to everyone who registers.
