Who we are.

InVita is a proposed medical practice in Australia being established by Dr Farya Nazir. This website is run on behalf of the practice. Until the practice opens, the website is a private preview and the only personal information the practice asks for is what you choose to enter in the registration form.

Last updated 29 October 2026. This notice will be expanded before appointments open to cover bookings, clinical records and the practice’s full handling of health information.

What we collect.

If you register your interest or subscribe to the journal: your first name, your email address, the areas of care you tick, if any, and which messages you have asked for. The form also records the date and time you agreed to be contacted, and the country your connection came from. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, any health information, symptoms or medical history through this website.

Automatically: like every website, our hosting provider records technical details of each visit (such as the pages requested, your IP address and browser type) in short-lived security logs. To limit misuse of the form, the website also counts submissions from each connection address for ten minutes and then discards the count. We do not use analytics, advertising tags or social media trackers.

Why we collect it.

If you ask to hear when we open: to send you one message when InVita opens, with how to book, where the practice is and what a consultation costs. If you subscribe to the journal: to email you new articles on health, skin and wellbeing, about once a month. We send only what you have asked for, and each is a separate choice you can withdraw at any time. If you tick areas of interest, we use them to make that message relevant to you. We may also count how many people ticked each area; that count is never linked back to you. We do not use your details for any other purpose without asking you first.

Every email we send will say clearly who it is from and include a simple way to unsubscribe, as the Spam Act 2003 requires.

How it is stored.

Registrations are stored in an access-controlled database provided by our website host, Cloudflare, and are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the practice and the person who maintains this website for it have access. Cloudflare operates globally and may store or process the data on infrastructure outside Australia. We have taken reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with Australian privacy law.

Who sees it.

Nobody outside the practice and the service providers named in this notice. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers or other businesses.

If the practice later uses a clinical booking or email platform, this notice will be updated to name the provider before any information is moved.

How long we keep it.

We keep registrations until the opening message has been sent, and for up to twelve months after that. If you ask to keep hearing from us, we keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask for them to be deleted. If the practice does not open, registrations are deleted. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time.

Your choices and rights.

Registering is optional. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. To do any of these, email hello@invitaclinic.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies and tracking.

This website sets no cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your choice to pause or resume the decorative motion. It is kept in session storage for the current tab, never sent anywhere, and cleared when the tab closes. The sign-in used by the practice’s own content editor sets a short-lived cookie only on the editor’s pages.
