Medicine, with a wider perspective.
Farya has been a doctor since 2007 and a UK General Practitioner since 2013. Her background includes general practice, urgent care and senior NHS leadership, including experience as an Assistant Medical Director within an NHS Trust. She has a special interest in women’s health at every stage of life and has trained in cosmetic dermatology and medical skincare. Her clinical interests bring together women’s health, menopause, diabetes, weight management, healthy ageing, skin health and aesthetic medicine. She consults in English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.
Her approach considers the concern alongside the person’s medical history, daily life and priorities. The aim is a clear conversation about what needs attention, what the options involve and how to make a choice that is right for you.
Why Point Cook. Why InVita.
Farya chose Point Cook for its energy and its diversity: a young, growing suburb in Melbourne’s west, home to families from every corner of the world. It is exactly the kind of community where care that understands every background, and every skin tone, matters.
For Farya, how we look and how we feel are part of the same story. Skin, energy and confidence often reflect what sits beneath: sleep, hormones, nutrition, stress and general health. So she starts there. The aim is never to change who you are, but to help you feel like yourself at your best, naturally.
Ageing is a privilege. What matters is how well we live along the way. Farya’s focus is healthspan as well as lifespan: adding life to years, not just years to life, so that people can stay strong, active and engaged in the things they love for as long as possible.
Learning that connects the areas of care.
Alongside her medical and general-practice qualifications, obtained in the United Kingdom, Farya has undertaken further training in areas that inform the InVita approach. In Australia she holds specialist registration in general practice with the Medical Board of Australia (Ahpra registration number MED0004060746).
The skin and aesthetics courses below are further training, not specialist qualifications. Dr Farya is not a dermatologist, and skin concerns that need a dermatologist’s care are referred.

What InVita stands for.
Four commitments shape every consultation. The promise behind them is simple: that you feel safe, understood, informed and confident in your own decisions.
- Integrity
- Honest advice about options, risks, limits and costs. Recommendations are based on what is right for you, not on what sells, and choosing no treatment is always respected.
- Medical excellence
- Doctor-led care grounded in evidence and patient safety, and kept current through ongoing training, clinical governance and review.
- Personalisation
- Care shaped around your health history, your priorities and your stage of life. No set packages and no one-size-fits-all plans.
- Empowerment
- Clear explanations and time to think, so you can make an informed decision at your own pace. The choice is always yours.
- Healthy ageing
- Ageing is a natural part of life. InVita’s focus is health and wellbeing at every stage, looking at hormones, metabolism, sleep, skin and the person as a whole, rather than chasing trends or unrealistic standards.
Care for the whole person.
The name InVita comes from the Latin in vita, meaning “in life”. It is a reminder that good care is part of life itself, and that it should support people through every stage of it: from early adulthood to pregnancy and parenthood, through midlife and menopause, and on into healthy ageing.
The idea behind InVita begins with the foundations of health. Sleep, nutrition, movement and emotional wellbeing are connected parts of a wider picture, shaped by our circumstances and stage of life.
Work, family and the needs of others can leave little space to notice our own health. Changes in skin, sleep, energy or how we feel can be a reason to step back and ask what needs attention. A thoughtful consultation makes room for that conversation.
Farya sees ageing as part of life. Needs and priorities change, and good care helps people understand those changes without pressure towards any particular treatment.
InVita is a place to feel heard, ask questions and weigh up the options at your own pace: care informed by medicine and shaped around you.
